2. Working principle and characteristics:(Sot oven provides)
Pure water has the maximum vaporization rate when boiling. At around 100 ℃ under normal pressure, pure water begins to boil. Under vacuum conditions, due to the water vapor partial pressure in the system being much lower than the water vapor partial pressure on the material surface, the boiling point of water is below 100 ℃ For example, when the surface drops to -0.07MPa, water begins to boil at 70 ℃. The general rule is that the higher the vacuum degree, the lower the boiling point of water. In the vacuum dryer, the vaporized water can be quickly removed with the generation of vacuum, so although operated at lower temperatures, this dryer still has a large drying capacity.
When the equipment is running, the material is in a static state, which is conducive to maintaining the initial state of the material. Intermittent operation allows for the adjustment of process conditions at any time. This equipment is manually loaded and unloaded.
The FZG square series dryer is arranged with an arched structure at the top, which can effectively overcome the problem of condensation water dripping back and further improve drying efficiency. 3: Production requirements:(Sot oven provides)
1. The appearance of the box is: the outer panel is made of SUS3042B stainless steel plate, with a thickness of δ 1.5mm and δ 2mm, which is a laminated sub light plate. The outer surface is formed by riveting and welding, and the surface is flat without welding marks or scratches.
2. The studio size is: the inner surface plate is SUS304 stainless steel plate, with a thickness of δ 5-8mm, and the inner liner is tightly welded and polished.
3. The insulation layer is 100-200mm thick, and the insulation material is filled with aluminum silicate refractory fiber cotton. The inner lining reinforcement is made of 8-12 # channel steel, which is made in a well shape and has high strength. It does not deform during vacuum operation. Note: Choose the thickness of the insulation layer according to different operating temperatures.
4The top of the box is made of a semi elliptical shape, with rounded corners as transitions. When heated, the temperature inside the box is smooth and uniform, thus changing the defect of the original square vacuum oven's top layer of drying tray containing materials being difficult to dry. At the same time, it facilitates the water vapor droplets generated during material drying to flow into the bottom of the box along both sides and be discharged outside the box through the drain outlet.
5. Due to the phenomenon of partial backflow during vacuum pumping, which affects the quality and efficiency of the dried material, two semi elliptical stainless steel plates (movable) are placed on the upper part of the top drying tray (80mm away from the upper drying rack) during production to prevent vacuum backflow from dripping into the drying tray containing the material. Improved the quality and speed of drying materials.
6Leave a gap of 8-10mm between the baking tray and the heating tube, and make it into a track type. This changes the phenomenon of material being burnt at the contact between the bottom of the drying tray and the heating coil during the drying process.
7. The size of the baking tray is 640X460X45 (mm), which is a stamped tray made of SUS304 stainless steel plate.
8. A water blocking strip with a height of 20-30mm is welded at the outer opening of the bottom plate of the box near the door. After the box door is opened, the accumulated water at the bottom of the box is not easy to flow out, so that the accumulated water is forcibly discharged from the sewage outlet, thereby ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the floor in the operating room.
9. The material of the drying rack inside the box is 304 stainless steel square tube, with a main pipe of 38X38X2.0mm and an auxiliary pipe of 30X30X1.5mm. There are four stainless steel small wheels installed at the bottom of the drying rack, which can move freely on the track. Quick connectors are installed at the connection between the steam inlet and outlet of the drying rack and the box body, making it easy to disassemble and clean.
10. The number of layers for placing the baking tray on the drying rack is 4-12. Customized according to the user's own needs
11. The bottom of the box is also made into a semi elliptical shape, allowing water droplets generated during the drying process to flow completely to the middle and be discharged outside the box through the bottom drain outlet.
12. When making the oven door, there is a semi-circular water groove near the lower opening of the inner panel, so that after the oven door is opened, there are no water vapor droplets or water accumulation on the surface of the inner panel.
13. Install a stainless steel traction trolley for easy access and cleaning of the drying rack, saving time and effort, reducing labor intensity, and improving safety.
14. The box is equipped with one vacuum gauge and one temperature gauge, as well as three sight glasses, two on the front and one on the back, for easy observation of the drying process of the materials inside the box. There is a drain outlet device at the bottom.
15. Install a stainless steel hook, which allows for easy access and operation of the innermost drying tray inside the box when the door is opened.
16. The door clamp and door hinge are made of stainless steel material, which is precision processed. The door seal is made of mushroom shaped edible silicone rubber strip, which has excellent insulation performance.

Four:Operating procedures for vacuum oven (vacuum dryer):(Provided by Sot Oven)
Firstly, place the drying oven in a stable indoor location without the need for any other fixed devices.
2. Connect the hot water pipe and vacuum pipe.
3. The front of the drying oven is equipped with a temperature gauge, vacuum gauge, and sight glass for observing the temperature and vacuum inside the drying oven.
4. The user must be equipped with a shut-off valve installed at the vacuum interface of the drying oven to control the vacuum degree inside the drying oven.
5. The drying oven must be cleaned and disinfected before use.
6. Open the drying oven door, put the materials in, connect the quick connect connector of the hot water interface, close the oven door, and tighten all handles.
7. Close the drain valve and vent valve.
8. Open the vacuum valve and start vacuuming. The vacuum degree is generally 0.09Mpa. The vacuum gauge displays the degree of vacuum.
9. Open the hot water valve, and hot water enters the pipe rack of the box. At this point, the drying oven begins to work.
After reaching a certain temperature, the material inside the drying oven continuously absorbs heat and evaporates under negative pressure, achieving the purpose of drying.
11. The front of the drying oven is equipped with a sight glass, which can observe the changes in the drying oven and materials.
After the material is dried, first close the hot water valve, then close the vacuum valve, and open the inlet valve.
When the vacuum gauge inside the drying oven shows normal pressure, open the drain valve and discharge the vapor and fog water that has settled at the bottom of the drying oven.
14. Open the drying oven door, take out the materials, and the drying stage is over.
